Every bow at HomeMadeAmandas Way is handmade with care. Because each piece is a handcrafted, made-to-order item, all sales are final.

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of our products, HomeMadeAmandas Way does not accept returns or offer refunds. Each bow is crafted individually with love and attention to detail, and we want you to feel confident in your purchase.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you — no need to return the damaged item.

3. Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at homemadeamandasway@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and make it right.

4. Custom & Personalized Orders

Custom and personalized orders are final sale and cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged once production has begun. Please double-check all custom details before placing your order.
