Shipping Policy
Everything you need to know about how your handmade bows get to you.

1. Processing Time
Since every bow at HomeMadeAmandas Way is handmade, orders are processed within 1-3 business days. During peak seasons (holidays), processing may take up to 5 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
2. Domestic Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all US orders over $35. Orders under $35 ship for a flat rate of $4.95. Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days. Expedited shipping (2-3 days) is available at checkout for an additional fee.
3. International Shipping
We currently ship to the United States and Canada. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. We're working on expanding to more regions — sign up for our newsletter to be notified.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package at any time through the carrier's website.
5. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us at homemadeamandasway@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and make it right.
6. Shipping to Multiple Addresses
If you need items shipped to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each address. We're unable to split a single order across multiple destinations.
